Precision Matters  /  Johannes Vrijmoeth

You know.
And still it happens.

You've done the work. The books, the therapy, the retreats, the inquiry. You are aware. And something keeps not working — the fawning, the withdrawal, the gap between who you know yourself to be and how you actually show up.

That gap has a name. Finding it — precisely — is how it closes.

I know. And still it happens.

You are 40+. A professional. You have come a long way on your inner journey. You understand your patterns. You can name them in real time. And you walk into them anyway — with your eyes open.

These are not conclusions you've drawn. They are the water you swim in. Beneath every pattern — the fawning, the perfectionism, the withdrawal, the busyness that hides — there is a specific misconception. Not a general one. A precise one. Yours.

Approximation keeps patterns alive.
Precision creates the opening.

We name it the way
it actually is.
Not approximately. Exactly.

Most coaching works around the pattern. Reframes it. Manages it. Builds strategies on top of it. That can help — and the pattern remains.

The Precision Matters approach is different. We locate the exact misconception beneath the behavior — the belief so embedded you've never seen it as a belief. When you can see it from the outside, it loses its grip. Not through effort. Through clarity.

What happens

You see it. Not as insight — as direct perception. The moment of recognition that changes the ground beneath you.

What follows

It dissolves. You don't have to manage what you no longer mistake for reality. The behavior no longer has a foundation to stand on.

This is not a technique. It is a precision instrument — applied to the exact place where your particular suffering lives.

You have done the inner work. You are not a beginner. And something persists anyway.

This work is not for everyone. It requires willingness to be seen with precision — and to sit with what becomes visible.

I lived the full arc of what I now teach.

I was completely self-centered. I lacked social skills. I crossed people's boundaries without knowing it — and didn't understand why things kept falling apart. Fired. In debt. Relationships ending. For a long time, I had no idea why.

Two people told me the truth. A friend in 2013. A colleague in 2018. Those conversations changed the direction of my life.

Real self-trust started developing around 2017. That transformation has come a long way — and it is still ongoing. Life is evolutionary in nature. What I am now, I was not before. And I am still becoming.

That arc is not background context. It is the method itself. I know what it takes to see a misconception clearly enough that it dissolves. I know it because I have lived it — and because I have watched it happen for the people I work with.

"The realization changes my life immediately… I no longer have to repeat my old patterns… This is more than coaching."

— A.L.

"I came in at a final station. I was researching euthanasia. The entire promise has been fulfilled… I've started a new youth. I couldn't find the depth that you actually do provide."

— N.Q.N.

One trajectory. One person. Precision work.

Precision Matters

We start with a conversation. No pitch — just enough clarity on both sides to know whether this is the right fit. If it is, we begin.
